Dues and fees with regard to the various transactions of patent registration

Submitting an application: ANG. 360

Payable to the NL Octrooicentrum:

  • Novelty investigation, national type 100 (Euro)
  • Novelty investigation, international type 754 (Euro)

In the 4th year after the patent application the Patent Center in the Netherlands will charge tax to maintain the patent rights. It starts in the 4th year with an amount of 40 Euro and it will increase every year, until the twentieth year is reached in which the amount of 1400 Euro must be paid.
