The deposit of a trademark:

1. for an individual trademark a basic amount of: Cg 750,00;
2. for a collective trademark a basic amount of: Cg 1500,00;
3. for each class of goods and services above the third class of the international classification in which the goods and services are categorized, for an individual trademark, a supplement of: Cg 75,00;

The renewal of the registration of the deposit:

1. for an individual trademark a basic amount of: Cg 750,00;
2. for a collective trademark a basic amount of: Cg 1500,00;
3. for each class of goods and services above the third class of the international classification in which the goods and services are categorized, a supplement of: Cg 75,00;

An investigation as contemplated in article 16 of the National Trademark Decree;

1. for each investigation a basic amount of: Cg 375,00;
2. for each class of goods and services above the third class of the international classification in which the goods and services are categorized, a supplement of: Cg 37,50;
3. If a collective trademark is involved, a supplement of: Cg 75,00;
4. The additional charge referred to in article 16, fourth and fifth paragraphs: Cg 150,00;

The registration of special declaration regarding the right of priority claim referred to in article 10, seventh paragraph of the national ordinance, for each trademark: Cg 75,00;

The registration of an assignment or change of ownership: Cg 150,00;
if this registration is requested for several trademarks, for each following trademark: Cg 75,00;

The registration of a licence, a lien or an attachment or the cancellation of such a registration; Cg  150,00;
if the registration or the cancellation is requested for several trademarks of which a licence or lien has been granted to the same person or of which an attachment has been made by the same person, for each following trademark: Cg 75,00;

The registration of any change of name or address of the holder, licensee, lienor or attachor; Cg 150,00;
if the registration is requested for several trademarks belonging to the same holder, have been granted under licence to the same licensee, have been pledged to the same lienor or that have been attached by the same person, for each following trademark: Cg 37,50;

The registration of a limitation of the statement of the goods and services, except on the occasion of the renewal of the registration: Cg 75,00;

For the publication of the description referred to in article 2, sixth or seventh paragraph, respectively, a supplement each time amounting to: Cg 75,00;

The registration of any change of name or address of the agent, for all the trademarks for which the Bureau considers the agent involved to be an agent: Cg 150,00.

For the transactions mentioned below a charge or fee is paid, of which the amount is established as follows:

1. correction of the registration, at the request of the holder of the registration, after the entry has been made, of writing errors due to himself: Cg 37,50
2. list of trademarks, referred to in article 16, sixth paragraph, for each investigation criterion: Cg 75,00;  for each class of goods and services above the third class of the international classification in which goods  and services are categorized, this amount is increased by: Cg 15,00;
3. the additional charge, payable in pursuance of article 11, first paragraph: Cg 150,00;
4. the information referred to in article 18: Cg 75,00; for each hour that collecting and recording in writing of the data requested exceeds one hour, this amount is increased by: Cg 112,50;
5. the transcripts of a registration as contemplated in article 18, for each registration: Cg 15,00;
6. for all other transcripts, for each page: Cg 22,50;
7. authenticated transcripts of a registration, as contemplated in article 18, for each registration: Cg 52,50;
   for all other authenticated transcripts, for each page: Cg 60,00;
8. the documents with regard to preference, referred to in article 19: Cg 52,50;
